Riyadh — Mubasher: Aqaseem Factory for Chemicals and Plastics Company announced that its board of directors has approved the resignation of independent board member Anas Saleh Aba Al Khail, according to a bourse filing.

Aqaseem stated that the resignation was tendered due to personal circumstances.
